Tarts!

Today I hosted a baby shower for Karen, in the form of an afternoon tea. All of the Wednesday Club ladies contributed to the food, and it was delicious. Our newest member Janet does a great line in dairylea and tomato open sandwiches, which are superb.

I made these tarts, salmon blinis, lime lacey biscuits and my mum made us some dainty fruit scones.

Lucy brought her lemon drizzle cake which is always delicious. Other contributions included pizza, chocolate dipped strawberries and mini cupcakes.

It was really lovely and a great afternoon.
