Viking Muffins

Here are my practice muffins! I am going into Jamie's class next week to help with some viking cookery, and I have decided to get them to make these muffins and we will also prepare some beef and barley stew. I will let them taste some I prepared earlier though as we won't have time to make the stew on the day.
