Sailing

Cool sculpture at Lonsdale Quay. Not much time for blipping today. Took this as I went to the market to pick up groceries for dinner. The Spring Runoff 8km race was this morning in Stanley Park. I wasn't very fast but did come 7 in my age group. Out of 12. ;-) More importantly it was a beautiful day; I had a strong run; and this is my very favourite place to run. I ran with some friends and P watched and cheered us on at the finish line. Then we all went for eggs benny. ;-)
