Polly Joke

Went to 'Polly Joke' today to meet a friend for a walk on the beach. The friend doesn't like to be photographed but do you know what she had brought me?.......................... She had brought me some carrots and a new ball. How lovely was that?

'Polly Joke Beach' is a lovely place to play when the tide is out and it's doggie friendly all the year round. I had such a lovely afternoon, even though Ann didn't really want to throw my new ball for me. She said, 'Trixie, I haven't got your thrower and the ball is wet & sandy & covered in your slobber!!' She threw it a few times for me but our friend threw it loads of times for me.  Yay!

The only problem was....................... I didn't want to let go of the ball to eat my carrots because I thought Ann might take it off me.

Problem solved. I'm soooooo clever. I carried the ball all the way back to the car, jumped in and put it at the very back of my crate. And then I was able to eat my carrots as a little snack on the way home. How fabulous was that??!!

PS – It's still mega hot in Cornwall. Loving this weather.
