Timid pigeon

A newish sidrería and  tapas bar in Villaviciosa. There are people at the tables in opening hours and my wife tells me we´ll be among them next week... We´ve been before. I went today to get the name and phone number, which I´d forgotten. 
"Destapate" means "take yourself the top off", I don´t now what´s behind the name except that I know it´s not the only place with that name - there´s one in Barcelona. No relation, I´m told.
