Notes: Headache finally seemed mostly gone but still a bit tired and low-key. Started the day with yoga video in the dark. Did a couple short meditations early afternoon and rested a bit. Finally realized in the evening that I hadn't gone outside or taken any pics so grabbed one before dark.
