Seatown, Cullen

We didn’t let the 15 mph wind with gusts deter us from having a dook in the harbour pool in Cullen at lunch time.
The wind had whipped the sea into a frenzy of crashing waves, but in the inner pool all was calm.

We noticed a film team and much bustle happening beside us at the quayside. I think they were about to film the chef Nick Nairn for the Landward programme with Dougie Vipond but it was a surprise when one of the team spoke to us as we emerged from the waves to ask if it was ok to have filmed us in the water. Had I known, I would have done a mean crawl instead of a floating on my back relaxation posture. Still , who knows , we might make the screen yet.

I have had a lovely 4 Days in Cullen and am sad to have to return home. If I have been deemed to have behaved myself , I may be allowed to return at a later date.
