Maize harvest

We went to walk in the fields this evening and found that they are doing the maize harvest. This first field had been done and I could hear the harvester going on one of the fields further along. Anyway the dogs had a good time sniffing around and I picked up a couple of cobs that were left behind to give to the bunnies.

Today B and I went shopping. Actually real shopping for clothes and other things. This is the first time I have done ‘shopping’ since before the first lock down. Previously I had just been to do groceries or pet store or garden centre so this felt nearly normal.
