Tom o’ the Wood

Today B and I did a new canal walk. We set off from Tom o’ the Wood pub and continued down the Grand Union Canal to Bridge 61 and back again. It was a beautiful walk, lots of tall trees and very tranquil. We tried a new technique with Sid which I heard about at dog training. B was walking Sid and I had Pierce. So the idea is that as you are walking along, if the dog starts pulling on his lead you turn round and walk back a few yards before continuing onwards. It seemed to be working with Sid so major progress there. In extras, we saw some goats grazing near the canal.
