Day trip

We drove up to Midway, Utah, today and had lunch at the Zermatt hotel.  The hotel is Swiss-inspired due to the town being settled by mostly Swiss people in the 1800s.  The fish and chips were great. My husband had beef stroganoff, and we both had apple strudel for dessert. It was a nice day.
