Blustery snowscape

We have had a very modest covering of snow here but Jane and I went for a walk on the hills and were astounded at the depth of some of the drifts. It's nothing like some of the pictures I have seen but quite surprising.

Definitely a day for monochrome. The sky was amazing and the snow gave lovely textures.

It's so nice to get out and start taking landscapes again
