Interesting event

At Tricia's Scrabble on Thursday, there was talk of 'a concert in a cave' on Saturday. We ended up buying tickets and six of us from Sablieres set off to it. 
An hour and a half away, it was an impressive cave - one that I visited about thirty years ago - and the combination of the setting and the music of six voices made for a totally different experience. The audience walked through the cave - seven hundred steps down but a lift on the way back up - and there were six stations to listen to different sections of the music.
A meal in the restaruant at the cave entrance afterwards made for a convivial and fascinating evening.
