Not a Banksy!

Early morning cycle down to Harwich Stone Pier to view the recent mural which the council wasted council tax money carefully protecting and even having a security guard to guard it when it first appeared a few weeks ago.

I don’t think you need to be an art expert to detect it’s not a Banksy!

On the other hand the same council did scrub a genuine Banksy off Clacton seawall a couple of years ago in the belief it was racist graffiti when I think it should have been pretty obvious that it wasn’t!
