…on the veg!

Now I’m back to work and Mr A has lost his spot in the kitchen time to fill up the freezer with home made, ready meals.

I’ve spent most of the day in the kitchen, but it’s something I enjoy doing and gave me the perfect opportunity to try out a couple of the new Santoku knives we got as a wedding gift from my Dad and Stepmum.
They’re sooooo pretty and super sharp (it helps that Dad is a retired butcher and great with a whetstone!). If they’re good enough for James Martin, they’ll do for me! ;-)
