Some Days

Law Trees

The famous beech trees on the side of North Berwick Law.

They were supposedly planted around three hundred years ago to mark the Act of Union, although that would seem unlikely, the trees looking to be only about 150 years at most.

Fagus maximus.

Another nasty day, with soft hail whipping in on the easterly wind. Glad to be home and not going out again!
