Shrewsbury Railway Station

These are on the front of the Railway station building. Each window has a different set of carvings. I can’t find out much about them, or who they are supposed to be. Looks as though these two are wearing a crown of thorns. I think it’s to stop pigeons from pooing on them.

Built in 1848, it was designated a grade II listed building in 1969.
