Cinema

I am glad, after all these months of watching all the movies on tv that our first trip back to the cinema was this epic huge film.  Bafta and Academy screening of DUNE in Leicester Square.  Certain amount of Sci Fi portentousness but the most extraordinary effects and imagery.  Met Vikram there and he went home afterwards but I stayed up in London. 

The day started with the most ferocious winds and rain and at my lunchtime walk I saw thousands of chestnuts blown from the trees. Hope my plan for lots of chestnut based cooking holds up!
