………………..and retching, amongst other things…little one has kindly passed his bugs on again! Apparently MC has suffered too. Hopefully it’s only a 24 hour affair.

A photo of Freya seemed appropriate whilst she’s visiting. I doubt I’ll manage to visit any of you tonight but I’ll catch up when I can.
