Dreich!

Late summer and it’s more like November…grey, cold and wet,wet,wet! Lights on by 4.30pm, the heating had to be switched on for an hour earlier as it’s so cold and will probably go on again later for another hour! I’m resisting switching the timer on but with the house temperature dropping to 15 degrees it’s not comfortable even under a blanket…especially if you’re wearing a bag of frozen peas!

Just had a phone call and an apology from Boots but no offer of a refund, just hope the vaccine actually works. A quiet day otherwise…too wet to even walk around the block.
