Sheep on the Hill of Tara
Was in Navan today and stopped off at the Hill of Tara on my way back to Dublin where I got this shot of a dramatic sky with sheep in the late afternoon sun. I like the Hill of Tara, it's a very peaceful spot, a famous archeological site which sports a 5,000 year old passage grave and was later used as a place for political assembly and coronation of the High Kings of Ireland, up until about a 1,000 years ago. Kind if an Irish version of Dunadd Fort in Kilmartin, Scotland.
