Wonderful and Wild

It’s been a windy day with intermittent heavy downpours. This evening as I lie warm and dry inside, the rain pelts at the windows. We’ve even had a few rumbles of thunder. The autumn equinox is making itself known!

This photograph was taken as I walked in the field after work. I met Andy and Merlin there as they had left earlier whilst I finished off. They returned home whilst I continued to walk. The air was warm and the wind stiff. The rain sprinkled water in my face every so often. It felt wonderful and wild after a day inside at a desk!
