A wet and windy day here. I got up early and went for a swim and sauna at 8am.
We went for a walk in the afternoon up at the Crichton Estate when there was a weather window.
I’m going to return to teaching yoga up there next week up in Carmont House. My blip is the Crichton church.
This evening I’m joining the Mantra group chanting the great Maha Mrityunjaya mantra.
