Walking into the light

Arrived at the beach before the sun sets. Watched the jet skier and the kayaker cruising the water into their various speeds while the seagulls diving in and out of the water. A beautiful and peaceful time on my own. Enjoyed a beautiful walk along the beach before heading to a night of vigorous game of badminton at 7.30pm training for our badminton competition coming up in Dunedin during Labour weekend.
Feeling so unfit and old. "The Brain is willing but the body is sluggish"
