Young Pilot

Picked up Yasmeen and Ameer from school....last day before school holidays of two weeks, packed an afternoon snack for them and drove to SCAC (South Canterbury Aero Club) to drop them off at Celine and Aaron, who are still working. A busy afternoon for us, but the children are so used to being farmed off there that they did not blink an eyelid when I told them that we were heading to drop them off at the club. On arrival Celine was ready to take a young pilot up for her instructional training. Rebecca a lovely student at Timaru Girls High School is so beautiful, intelligent, great sense of humour and hard working. Couple of times I had met her she is so outgoing, respectful and always willing to do anything for anyone. 
This is Rebecca inside the plane straight from school, doing her pre-flight check before taking off above the horizon with Celine. So proud of her enthusiasm. Wishing her all the best for the future.
