Gone to Seed

Stephen was up and off to catch the train early this morning. He has a conference in Brighton this weekend. Really enjoyed catching up with him if only for a short time.

Pilates this morning and then a trip to Dalby. I went for a run whilst Richard took Jet for a walk. By late afternoon I was beginning to flag! not surprising due to the early start.

Rather liked these Poppy seeds set amongst the flowers.
