Notes: Was awake ~ 3a-6a. Finally dozed some and up late 720a-ish. Body super achy and stiff (was fine at 3a going to bathroom). Late and not feeling body-great so headed to pool instead of on the bike (and later than I want to start). Decent laps and then sat in hot tub to try to loosen up some. Low key, boring day with very unexciting NFL games. Don't think I spoke a word out loud to anyone or myself! Ha!
