FOGGY MORNING - HARBINGER OF AUTUMN

This time of year, it gets cool over night yet the lake's water is still warm. Thus, fog forms early in the morning before the ambient temperature raises the dew point and the fog disappears.

It's still warm enough during the day to feel summer-like...but this is a warning from Mother Nature that things are about to change for the worse.
