food porn!

a day of baking! soughdough bread, rye bread and hot cross buns.
the latter were announced by my wife and daughter to the best yet! - now i've just got to remember what i did as i combined 2 recipes and then further tweaked it.
tomorrow more of the same - another batch of hot cross buns, ciabatta and some brown loaves and then that will be me baked out!
