Sunbeams

I saw the light-show forming shortly after leaving home this morning. It was two miles before I could stop at a suitable and safe location to get a few shots away. I was worried it would dissipate before I could get there, but, if anything, it got a little more intense for a few minutes.

Quite a highlight for the day.

Tonights low-light was taking the dog to the vet for her annual vaccinations. She hates the vet. As soon as we get within 100yds she knows - eyes on stalks!

Inside she pulls madly to get out again, shivers like she's been outside for hours. A few minutes holding her really tightly until the dirty deed was done. Then, she was off the table and out the door. Two minutes later - happy as Larry. As if nothing had happened. Apparently, there is little that can be done to calm her down. The vet advises I isn't worth trying to sedate her a bit - she'd still be as scared. Hopefully it will be another year before we have to subject her to that little horror.

Favourite meal to get back home to - Fajitas. Yummy!!!
