There's Been A Murder

Of course it would be raining heavily today because I was going for a haircut!  I was close to the end of my book so I let the hairdresser get on with colouring and cutting while I focused on reading.  Darn it, she finished with about 30 pages still to go and I still didn't know who'd done it!  So a cup of tea with Mr Rebus in the 'reading chair' was required when I got home.  Another crime caper solved!

Ian Rankin's Resurrection Men is a fine read.  I've been reading the Rebus books in order during the Covid period and it's been a pleasure to see Ian Rankin's writing talent grow and develop over 13 years.  That's 13 books down, nine to go in the series.
