Time for the Rat Man

I have very mixed feelings about the extermination by poison of rats. We already did it once this spring.

This action has therefore been moving from week to week on my planner as I hoped the new infestation may dissipate and we have been shooting a few (!). But after a disturbing dusk sighting of an entire army of rats emerging as a gang and fanning out into the different corners of our grounds last night (including some the size of a small dog)…I feel it must be done to avoid the potential spread of disease or incursion to our buildings., So with regret Rat Man is engaged to come tomorrow.
