Hydrangea

Drove through to Fife this morning to enjoy a few days holiday.

The garden always needs some attention no matter when we come. Not many flowers left but I spotted this fresh looking hydrangea bloom nestling among the many that are already fading and turning to a mottled combination of pale pink and brown spot.

A walk down at the harbour after tea, high tide and hardly a ripple on the water. A lone yachtsman had the sea to himself.
