A perfect day . Little Daisy was a wonder pony in the league dressage final . We won and we won our overall league class from the last 4 weeks of competition - got a big fancy frilly knicker rosette and a prize - woohoo !! The riding club did really well overall and we had a great day .
Prosecco ( again) with Susan & Julie in the garden in glorious sunshine to celebrate our win and unpick the results and comments from the judge , while the rest of her family played a very traditional rowdy, competitive and swear ladened game of croquet .
Hubs and I then whizzed off to the lake for a quick and cold October dip . I think I was in for 2 mins! Buzzing after and enjoyed hot drinks and chocolate in Stan the van. We had beautiful Skehanagh all to ourselves and watched the sunset listening to some toons .
Hot bath and still on cloud 9 at bedtime :0)
