Poisoned!

I am not quite sure where but somewhere along the line, my system seems to have taken on something it didn't like - so much so that it decided to rid itself of whatever this morning. Not making for a perfect guest really.
The day then was passed pretty quietly slobbing out in D&C's house and trying not to mark their new sofa.
A curry in the evening proved a tentative start to eating again although sadly I could not do it full justice.
