Three pears?

A few years ago, I planted what I thought was a pear tree on the terrace below the house - an odd variety called Comte de Delice or some such - and we have nurtured the tree and this year it has repaid our trust with a bumper crop of large pears, as in the large one above..
However it is not a pear but a quince and so at some stage, either at the garden centre or in our garden, confusion  must have set in. 
The two smaller ones are the first crop of some pear trees I planted a couple of years ago and very good they tasted too.
