My every-other-Monday treat arrived today and these ones were particularly protected: chrysanthemums with their own little hairnets. I'm looking forward to seeing these open up along with the lilies, gladioli and antirrhinums.

It's been a long Monday and everyone's patience is wearing thin in as we start week six of seven. Teaching first two lessons, covering for other people and then two lengthy meetings. I was home to Bailey in the dark but we still managed a quick walk before tea.
