Ardrishaig

Out through the remaining locks with the help of a crew on a training boat. But we were in no rush and there was no wind in any case. And we had a visitor (extra) to blather with awhile - Ardrishaig (and Blip’s) very own Snapper.
Then off - and sooooo many dolphins. Eventually the wind rose. And rose some more. And more! We scuttled behind an island and into Portavadie. What a fabulous place. Quite inexpensive berthing and really excellent facilities. How do they manage it? Actually, it became clear exactly how when we were later presented with our bar tab.
