Seed Pods (TT333)
A few seed pods from a packet (A4 envelope full) one of our neighbours gave us and destined for the bank in the rail cutting. These seed pods are smaller than the ones we used to seed our front garden (from a different neighbour) so it will be interesting to see what comes up.
The seeds themselves are really quite tiny so I'll guess it fits for the challenge.
Tomorrow I am hosting Wide Wednesday again, this time on the theme of geometrical and/or architectural. Looking forward to seeing the entries, last week was particularly good!

Gill and I were at yoga class this afternoon, as we were stretching and as our tutor puts it 'feeling that lovely opening along the ribcage' I couldn't help thinking of our friend in hospital.
Read no further if you are squeamish ...
We now know his right hand was impaled on the ulna which is supposed to be within his forearm, and it has not yet been possible to fully close the wound as there is a risk of compartment syndrome where the swelling puts pressure on the muscles and can cause long term damage if the blood flow is restricted for long enough. He might need a bone graft too as some of the 'bits' have gone missing.
They have also found a broken metatarsal!
At least the fixings in his femur have allowed him to weight bear and he managed 10 steps with the aid of a walking frame.
Probably in hospital for weeks, but moving closer to home once he is more stable.
