Graffiti Cleaning

I'm not sure why they are bothering as its a lane no one ever walks down and the buildings are unoccupied. 

Its not even close to the COP26 location,  but it wouldn't surprise me if its part of the COP26 cleanup as they try to pretend to the world leaders that we don't have any graffiti in Glasgow and everything is neat and tidy. .
