It's beginning to look a lot like...

Christmas!!! In October??!! aaarrgghhh!!  and what could be more festive than Santa Rats??!! Well I think that's what these creatures are!  Very bizarre LOL!

We visited a local garden centre today after my homeopath appointment, and it was full on Christmas inside with various displays set up and children getting very excited already!  I'm definitely becoming a grinch as I think it's way too early haha!  Thankfully we made our way quickly to the cafe and had an early lunch where it was a Xmas free zone!

didn't buy any plants today but did get some indoor compost and grit - sensible purchases for a change!
