Embroidery Exhibition

A day of sun then cloud was forecast, so what we got was cloud and then sun!  And of course the sun decided to appear as we were starting to leave RHS Hyde Hall!

We'd not visited for a few weeks but it was nice to be back although there wasn't much wildlife about to snap, other than ducks and the odd robin!  But there was an embroidery exhibition being staged so it was lovely to go round and see some amazing pieces and marvel at how talented people are!  And check out my shadow in the bottom right corner - my one handed photo taking style haha! 

Got slightly distracted this afternoon too by watching YouTube live coverage of military planes - typhoons and tornados - taking off and putting on a show at RAF Coningsbury!  I think the pilots were playing up to the crowds there and putting on a full airshow display for everyone! Wonderful to watch - not conducive to getting much done indoors though! Maybe it's time to catch up now before an evening Book Zoom show to watch!
