Notes: Woke at 5a again, was emailing with Joe some. Did the morning writing. Around the house day, more packing/organizing, tidying up. Finally heard back from the little house rental I contacted finally and hard to tell if it's legit. Did some research and seems to be altho looks like the property is being sold and is already pending ... so that doesn't bode well. And a shared place got back to me (sharing with a stranger is not what I want) and way too much money. And more news on the old place - they may drive when the border opens and now may show up early (absolutely thoughtless espec and now they're wanting more money for that crappy little place).
