Laborious

What an unexpectedly beautiful day and lovely to share it with LeeAnne and the Porty waves. She was decked out in a wet suit looking the part while I was braving the water with nothing between me and the briny save for a cozzie and flab. With the sunshine it was just about sufficient to allow a 15 minutes dip but the word ‘mental’ reached my ears on the airwaves.

To warm up afterwards we did a route march along the prom before finding a café and hot drinks.
