GF caramel pear cake

A friday afternoon bake in.  I thought it might be nice to have a cake this weekend.  It was meant to be for last weekend when my daughter was here but we were generally not that hungry for cake so it never got made.  I am looking forward to having some tonight as a little desert treat. 

Happy Friday all... I have had a very lazy day.. the knock on from my back treatment seems to be lingering and I could have slept at any point during the day if I had let myself.  Must eat early and head to be early
