Southend as a town is in shock and left wondering what it was that bought a person to come along to a Church where Sir David Amess was holding a surgery for constituents and stab him.  
Weatherwise a beautiful clear end to a day that for many people will be marked out for sadness.  I took a walk in the park and thought about it.
