Can you spot Landon?

He’s having a wonderful time at Legoland in Carlsbad, California on his fourth birthday. Happy birthday Landon. We contributed to buying him him his first proper bike. Obviously, I didn’t take the photo but I hope you’ll understand.

The last time I saw him and Chris was January 2020, for Susan it was June 2019. Such a long time in his short life so far. All being well we’ll see Chris in December in Manchester. Earlier in the day I was back at the hospital for the resting heart scan. Mostly the same as Tuesday with the exception of the drug to stress the heart. This time it was just the radioactive tracer and a cheese sandwich.

While I was at the hospital Susan visited her mum. She was fine, much more settled than Tuesday and had received flowers from her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

We worked at the allotment this afternoon in the gathering gloaming, continuing to clear the plot, picking that last of the raspberries and some beetroot and butternuts. I planted garlic, red onion sets and sowed autumn broad beans.
