Beach Running
A nice little training session tonight. We did a speed work session by the cat and dog home. As I'm tapering, I didn't sprint the hills like I should have, but went at a nice steady pace.
My muscles felt pretty good. I did a little sprinting on the way back, and my legs were loving it. This makes me happy.
I'm not sure how far I ran tonight as I didn't GPS it. But I reckon by running part way to the club tonight, I probably did about 5 miles in total.
This is portobello beach at about 6.30pm. The wind had blown quite a lot of sand up onto the path so we even did some beach running tonight.
