Happy Kie Day

It was my good buddy Kie's birthday on Wednesday, so today was a delightful celebration day. He popped over to ours in the afternoon armed with a Gregg's (yasss) and we sipped a few brews, watched a bit of football, got bored by a bit of football and got weirdly into the Weber Cup (tenpin bowling) instead. We popped out in the evening to meet with Sarah, Jay & Phil and had a lovely time in Birmingham catching up over some spirits, beers, and cocktails. Back at home we discovered that Team Europe had made an epic comeback in the Weber Cup, the score being 17-17 (in a first to 18 tournament), and we were just in time to watch the final team game. Squeaky bum time!
