Holy Sh*t

The winter season started today at the Quays. The water was fifteen degrees so not too bad. I was in for 59 minutes and swam 1.5km. I just took my time and enjoyed the day. I was a bit cold by the time I got out though.

I had my covid booster this afternoon. I hardly felt the first two, but this one was a little painful. My arm is aching a bit still.

Pat, Jude and I had a cuppa and a catch up this afternoon. Jude is now a grandma so we saw pics of little Rosie.
