Hunter's Moon

It's only 92% tonight, with the full Moon coming on Wednesday, but the skies were clear tonight and may well not be for the next few nights (plus I didn't take any other pictures today), so here it is! It's also known as the Blood Moon, which is nothing to do with its colour, but rather reflects the use of its bright light by hunters at this time of year, stocking up on meat for the winter.

Had a lovely visit from the older generation today and feasted on one of Mr DA's now legendary roasts - with not one but two desserts ;)
